Honey Springs Mitigation Bank (HSMB) was completed by HEI in May 2020. HSMB offers wetland and stream credits with a primary service area that covers southern Tulsa to Muskogee along the Arkansas River. The land base consists of 162 acres located in McIntosh County, Oklahoma.
HEI successfully permitted the Gibson Lane Extension project in July of 2019. The project consists of 0.5 miles of new road that will extend Gibson Lane west from Pleasant Grove Road to Kings Highway, and includes a 500-foot bridge over Waggoner Creek. The project is located in Texarkana, TX.
HEI completed the permitting for the new TASD Middle School in 2019 through the Vicksburg District USACE. The new facility will house more than 900 students in 6th through 8th grades. The new middle school will be located north of I-30, between Jefferson Avenue and Crossroads Parkway.
HEI trained City of Longview personnel, monitored, and ensured the City was in compliance with federal bald eagle protection laws associated with an active bald eagle nest. The project consisted of raw water intake improvements and was located at Lake O' the Pines in Marion County, TX.
HEI completed work on the Lakeview Preserve project in Irving, TX in June 2020. The project consists of an 84-unit apartment complex designated for low income housing. The project is located on S. MacAuthur Blvd. between W. Oakdale Rd. and W. Hunter Ferrell Rd. in Dallas County, TX.
HEI completed work on the Reel Road Improvement project in Longview, TX in October 2019. The project consists of 1.0 mile of widening an existing two lane asphalt to four lane concrete, relocating utilities and drainage, adding bike lanes and sidewalk on one side from Pine Tree Rd. to Knobcrest Dr.
