An environmental consulting company’s ability to provide sound advice and effective solutions is determined by the quality of the staff, both project managers and field personnel. With that said, there is no substitute for knowledge and experience. While it is true that “many hands make light work”, if the work performed is not correct, is not cost effective, or is not completed in a timely manner, then what has been gained? Mr. Hoffman has over 25 years of environmental consulting experience and has permitted hundreds of projects in several USACE Districts. For larger projects, HEI can assemble a team of established and experienced professionals who are recognized as among the best in their respective fields.
Jason Hoffman is president and founder of Hoffman Environmental, Inc. (HEI). Mr. Hoffman is a graduate of Stephen F. Austin State University and has over 25 years of experience in the environmental regulatory and compliance arena. This allows HEI to provide an intricate working knowledge of the environmental requirements of various federal and state regulations and permits affecting natural resource development. Mr. Hoffman also has an excellent rapport and reputation with both state and federal agency personnel. Mr. Hoffman has built an extensive network with qualified firms and individuals, and can assemble a highly experienced team on short notice to complete any type of project. Mr. Hoffman was drawn to the outdoor aspect that the environmental field affords, but enjoys a myriad of outdoor activities in his spare time that include hunting, fishing, hiking, camping or just enjoying the cool, picturesque vistas of the Northern New Mexico mountains.
Troiana Hoffman is the spouse of Mr. Hoffman and is the Office Manager for HEI. Mrs. Hoffman is a graduate of Stephen F. Austin State University and has over 15 years of teaching experience and over 20 years of managerial experience in retail business.
